We’re excited to have received and approved the first few dwelling plans!
Styx Mill Road is changing, accommodating the new Meadow Stream Styx Mill development. It still has that wonderful country feel, while being so close to town.
Section owners can now work with their designers to prepare to submit their plans into the Christchurch City Council for Building Consent approval.
We’re looking forward to seeing onsite building work getting underway once the Titles have been issued (expected April 2023).
